Coming from Warsaw, Poland to take classes in Seattle

Hi,
I am a teacher at the US Embassy American School of Warsaw in Poland who is taking classes in Seattle this summer from Jun 6th -July 6th and am bringing my lovely family with me for their first visit to your country.
We are looking for a furnished two bedroom house or apartment to rent for that time period.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are willing to do a trade of our small, 700sq ft three bedroom apartment in Warsaw for yours and we are even willing to trade cars.
This is not a requirement; just an option.
We have plenty of American references who we work with at the school.
