Signed Re-Issue?

I'm really sorry about asking this if it is a stupid question, but where is the information that says that if you buy the re-issue from tenclub you have a chance at getting it signed? I'm sure it is on the board somewhere, but I am sick and lazy today...I don't see any mention of it being signed on the original news item.
