Any big fans on here?

I've had the Greatest Hits/Singles collections Staring At The Sea & Galore for a few years and have always loved their music.

Just wondering where to start when it comes to studio albums?!!!!

Think I prefer some of their earlier stuff, but are there albums that are just 'must haves'?!

I bloody love this band so so much

Bloodflowers is probably my favourite band, seeing them last year was just insane, 3 hours 30 mins of just unless tunes after tunes after tunes, i can't believe songs like boy dont cry and lovecats made it so bag, they are so shit compared to stuff of wish, head on the door, disintegration, their self titled, bloodflowers, galore, three imaginary boys.
  • Awesome Band. I would love for the cure to come to NYC again.
I know they will be headlining Coachella. Don't know if it's Saturday or Sunday.

Too bad I won't be able to go...anyone here going?

I really like Pornography. Its quite a dark album but I think its a must have. I'm nowhere near an expert on The Cure, but I'm slowly building my collection.

The Festival 2005 DVD is nice to have too.

Have you seen them live? They are absolutely awesome live. They play looong shows too.

  • Boys Don't Cry, Pornography, The Head On The Door, Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Disintegration & Wish are all excellent listens. I've kind of lost interest since the mid 90's, even though I've heard tracks from both Wild Mood Swings & Bloodflowers that I thought were really good.

Oh, and their Greatest Hits release with the bonus acoustic hits disc is worth the money too.
