Who are some current and modern bands that have a sound that is heavily reliant on distortion and feedback?

    No Age seems to utilize it to a certain degree. I really liked their last album Nouns

    No Age does it really well i think.

    theres also alot of Noise Metal Bands as well as some Doom Metal to that use it very well, like some Boris albums..

    The Mars Volta? Omar has a bit of Hendrix in his playing, but overall I don't think of them like the other bands in this thread.
