    i like the raconteurs but would dig some new white stries this year.. was a little disappointed with their last effort it was so so. It had some good tracks don't get me wrong but just wasn't their best effort.

    that would make sense because the white stripes = conan. they once played for an entire week on the show. and with conan going to la, it would be obvious to have them to close out the show.

    yes!! that's a great record! that record came out the day that i left Houston to drive to Kansas City for my sister's wedding. i think i stopped in Denton & bought it at Best Buy & listened to it over & over again on my way to KC. good times! 8-)

    i love the raconteurs as well...their last album was easily one of my faves from last year. but, i'm looking forward to hearing the crunchy 3 minute songs of the Stripes!

    they cancelled the UK white stripes shows and i was utterly deflated by that... so hopefully this is all true and i'll get to see them at last...

    Raconteurs last album is one of my favourite albums by any band of any time... it's that good... imo
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
