Hello, i was just wondering if anyone could help me out with interpreting the (L x W) hoodie sizes. I'm about 5'9, 165 and not sure if i should go with the medium or large. should i expect it to shrink much. any advice is greatly appreciated :)

  • I'm 5'8'', 155 pounds, and I'm going with an XL on this one. Why? Because all my larges keep shrinking in the wash, so I'd much rather have a super baggy hoodie than a tight fitting one.

My wife says to take the width and multiply by 2. That is the number around your waist. The length number is from your shoulder to you waist.

you can also measure a hoodie you already own to get an idea of the size.

I'm 5-9 165 and just got the Medium Stickman hoodie. It is perfect! When I first put it on I thought it was a little big, but it's great... A Large would be HUGE for me... I washed and dried it once so far and it is still GREAT! It didn't shrink for me at all..

I'm about the same. I have a L from the Canadian tour and M from the the US tour. Both fit well, only difference is that the arms are a little baggier on the large, and of course the L is like an inch longer with the sleeves and waist. I feel that the M is a better fit though. Also never had any trouble with mine shrinking, they don't get washed or worn very often though. Follow the instructions on the tag and you should be fine.

PS. These look like they will fall apart when washed or overworn, but they are actually very good quality, it's just the style how they are made. My only wish is that they were a little thicker :)
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?
