Buying supplements online???

I think places like gnc and vitamin shoppe can be pricey. So I googled this and found some sites with significantly lower prices. Just trying to pick up some protein and a few odds and ends


Any Suggestions??

    I've done it. Several times, I've bought "whey delicious" protein powder online. I put 8 oz of fat free milk in the blender with a half scoop of whey delicious, half scoop of vanilla powdered slimfast and some frozen blueberries.
    I don't know if anyone drinks straight whey delicious though. It helps me to maintain my weight. frozen strawberries are good in it instead of blue berries.

    are you worried they are a scam?

    It just seems like the price difference is too good to be true. And I dont want to deal w/ knockoffs

    you are welcome, that's what i have for breakfast after my coffee....read the label when you buy frozen fruit (I do b/c I have to watch my salt.) The store brand had added sodium to their strawberries and the Dole had 0.

    whey delicious doesn't do that to me! maybe b/c I mix it with SlimFast?

    Trust me I know what your talkin about. I usually go with myoplex.

    Small price to pay inorder for me to reach my goals......easy for me to say :D

    My brother and I went on a binge of sorts a year or so back and bought some stuff off of bodybuilding.com and man did it work. I think some of it was Andro but whatever. Shortly after we bought it, the stuff went illegal in California. Pretty funny

    Reminds me of this drink they had at my gym back at the turn of the century. Man it had ephedra in it and as soon as u put some weight up u would see these stars and your heart was racing a million miles a minute. They soon banned it in ny...friend of mine use to go to CT and get some.

    I stopped drinking it... it would speed u up, after a few times it felt strange

    dude. i thought i was going to die when i took ephedra back in the day. holy shit. i would sweat. my limbs would go numb. my heart would race. pimples would break out. wow. i lost a good deal of weight, but its not worth it. i really thought i was gonna die...

    regarding supplements. i use muscle milk protein supplement. i usually buy the vanilla kind. its delicious and has 32 grams of protein in it. never bought it online. its like 40 bucks at gnc

    I know what you mean.They had it in the vending machine. It was 3-4 bucks and it started a fire inside your body.NFL players have died using this stuff. I'm not for banning things, but this I can make an exception

    yup. that player on the vikings. i tried a new kind of xenadrine minus the ephedrine after that...and it felt like the same thing. except i didnt lose any weight that time.

    Once ephedra got banned it really took a hit on those diet drinks. Ephedra was like amphetamines which meant they were highly unsafe and worked really well.
    Now all we're left with is essentially coffee.

    Remember: some people have died from buying supplements and vitamins, etc. on line. There's no regulatory body to monitor what goes into that stuff. You could be mixing pure melamine powder or engine coolant into your fruit and berries...yum.... the price might be cheap, but you could be paying with your life.... :o

    my melamine shake was not cheap. yes whey delicious is $39 I think.

    except for the stevia which is from south america
