    Two commercials I mute on a daily basis:

    Guinness - "gotta get home tonight." Terrible, especially on the heals of the "BRILLIANT!" campaign.

    V-cast - "We're here with the MVP of the Graham honeymoon/someone's baby shower." Person who dreamed these up should be locked in a room and forced to watch them all.day.long. :evil:

    The baby shower one is pretty funny. "Umm, I guess pretending I actually wanted to be here" and "I want my sister Nancy to talk to me again, but I'll settle for a ride"

    I also don't like those Captain Morgan's commercials. I like the concept, but as I watch it I can picture every frat guy in America sitting on his couch and turning to his buddy dead serious and saying "dude, we could totally pull that off and then we'd get so much pussy!" followed by a high five.

    But I used to like the one where the guys text their buddy saying "You gotta come down here....hot chicks!" or something along those lines, and he shows up all excited only to realize they took a picture of themselves in front of a poster of girls and just wanted a ride home.

    any commercial that has an alarm clock ... I immediately put that product on the do not buy list ... oh man ... while it gets your attention, it's negative attention ... grrrr.

    For some reason, the Brita commercials with the water pouring drive me nuts ... I don't know why, but it turns my stomach, it's a really odd feeling to hear water pouring like that and to feel the way I do, especially due to the fact I own a Brita pitcher ... but, I really have to hit the mute button when any of their commercials come on.

    YES! Someone else gets it!

    I freaking HATE commercials with alarms (or cop sirens if I am in my car). I have thought they should be made illegal for years now.

    It may be stupid, but its brilliant advertising seeing how it managed to start a thread about it here on a Pearl Jam message board. We are just advertising Geico more.
