is there a way to search the members for a long lost friend?

long time pearl jam fan/ first time message board poster...

i am looking for a friend of mine who is a huge jam-fan... is there a way to find and send him a message through this message board? i'm positive he's a fan club member.... but not positive he posts on this board.

    I really don't think you can. The best you can probably do is start a "looking for <name here>" thread and hoping they respond. Otherwise I really don't think there's any other way. Anyhow good luck with your search!

    thanks my friend.... i thought maybe there'd at least be a way to see all the members from a certain city (he's from chicago) and maybe i could guess by the user name... i will try your idea though... thanks again!
