If by "all" you mean all the dates confirmed so far, I suspect there were some 10C tickets left for some of the shows, but they were given back to ticketmaster for the general on-sale later this week. 10C never gave us a "deadline" to buy tickets by, but I think they figure anyone who wanted tickets would've gotten them by now. I'm sure ticketmaster has a hand in how long the 10C pre-sale is and when they have to give any unsold tickets back for the general on-sale.
If you're talking about the "reservations" for the unconfirmed shows that went on sale today, I'm pretty sure they sold out.

actually, we WERe given a deadline....of the friday follwing the start of the sale, whatever date that was....and a time of 5 PM PDT. it was VERY clearly stated in the email and the stickied post.
so, that said...i think it's pretty clear that NOT all shows sold out of 10c tix, but the dedline for purchase came and went, and the tix were released to TM for the public sale.
edit - hereya go...from the original announcement/sticky thread from Rubysdad:
A Ten Club pre-sale for eligible members will begin on Monday, March 24th at 9am PDT. You must be an active member of the Ten Club by Wednesday, March 19, 2008 to qualify for the pre-sale ticket opportunity. We will stagger
ticket sales to control web traffic, so please pay attention to the
corresponding pre-sale dates and times. Pre-sale tickets are first come
first serve, while supplies last. Pre-sales for any available tickets will
remain open until Friday, March 28th at 5pm PDT.
So am I right to assume some peoples seats might be moved up a lot b/c they didn't sell out. (Hartford for example)
I'm only asking b/c I'm not sure how TM and 10c have it worked out.
Hartford did sell out I believe, it just took a little longer. The only shows that did not sell out other than the reservations on sale now were Tampa, WPB, South Carolina and Virginia Beach.
To answer your question, yes since all of those tickets were not sold, your odds of sitting closer improve, especially if you have a high number...
