please help me to change

my avatar, I know this is not the correct forum, but no one is reading the technical bla bla bla.....
i've read the threads about people having the same problem as me...but I find no solution....
I've tried to upload a picture for my profile.......it doesn't work.....i'm getting frustrated.......i hate computers.....please someone H E L P M E .......i've tried several times.......i'm exhausted now.....

    are you just uploading a pic that is saved on your computer?

    this is what I get on the top of the page when I try to upload a new picture......

    Don't give up! I had the same problem and even the same note on my computer about this missing image file... But then, all of a sudden, it worked! Sorry I can't tell you how ... just keep trying!

    Yea.. I got that a few times. Then my pic uploaded. It's fine here, but when I'm at the main site, I get one of the stock avatars. I wish they would just sync already.

    i,m having a right old tussle with syncing my account,my old pit name of dave grolsch just wont work,i have followed the instructions from 10c and i COULD log in as dave grolsch but as soon as i replied in a thread my name was a load of letters and numbers.
    I sent 10c another email explaining the above,no reply as of yet but when i tried to log in earlier today it says i,m banned :lol: i tried again just now and its seems i aint banned after all,jeez i,m knacked,i just want my name back,pleeeeze :roll: name back
    EDIT would you believe it,im back,now for pictures ha ha

    As you can see I´ve got the same problem..........nothing seems to work.......
    At first I was happy I didn´t have any trouble switching from the old board to this one but this issue is getting very annoying......Good luck
