He didn't get any meat because he ordered a cheeseburger...Just cheese! No meat!
It wasn't that. I didn't ask for a cheeseburger. I just pointed at a picture of one. When I sat down and realised there was no meat in it I went back and pointed to the burger, then pointed to the picture, then the burger...you get the picture.
I was just kidding....but I've had McDonalds burgers with no meat before (from a drive-thru)...maybe once or twice a year...staff not paying attention!
And yeah, Goo...there's no spitting in public in China - puleeeeze....
i've not been for ages... not through some altruistic charitable socialist anti-corporate hippy shit... its just that i prefer Subway.
but i envy you Lord Byrnzington... fucking chinese food on your doorstep every single day in life... awesome!
Although Chinese food here isn't as good as what you get in England. Where I live seafood's a big thing. There's one or two decent Chinese restaurants here but a lot of the food's crap. I think the type of food you get in England is from the south of China, from Sichuan e.t.c.
From what I gathered, wandering around the streets of London, it's all Cantonese. ie. Hong Kong style. Catered towards western tastes.
Xiao wen Tang Bao.... the first three characters sounds like someone's name, bao should mean bun. Can't be sure unless I can see the actual characters.
115 bucks for half a haircut by a novice? I want my money back!

i hear you... i also read Hinny's post and i think the scottish chinese restaurants are more Szechuan (thats how its written here?) region... very spicy is Szechuan
I'm not a fan of cantonese style stuff to much... its basically sweet n sour but with a thicker redder sauce...
i like curry, spiced salt and szechuan... i find sweet n sour to be too fruity.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I thought spitting in public was a major taboo in China.

That's like saying that surfing is a major taboo in Hawaii.
