Dad Blog, Looking for logo help

Hey guys,
I've relaunched my FightingTheSuburbs blog as http://www.dadtherapy.com going into the whole daddy blogging space with hopefully some useful tips on cars and gadgets along with the dad stuff.

Anyway please go check it out and let me know what you think.

ALSO I'm looking to redo my logo.

If there is anyone into design out there let me know if you think you can help and there will be $ involved.

I was considering buying this guy's logo

and swapping out the "bubble brain" with "Dad Therapy"

Have you checked out any of the massive amounts of free blog themes? I use WordPress and have run across a good 20-30 of them that are suitable for what I was looking for. They were super easy to install (though I self-host WordPress) so I'm not sure how Typepad works.

As for a logo.. before I went to your site I thought about your title/domain and pictured the back of a big Lazy Boy and the top of a guys head peeking over it. Next to it was an end table w/a beer and bowl of snacks on it. The guy's hand was reaching out clasping the beer. This probably was already done, so don't mind me :>

On that same vein, you could do a remote w/your categories as the channels and your blog name as the brand name.

Just some ideas - good luck!

I'm not sure how much design like that I can do/afford though.

Maybe after it starts making money...if ever.

You can always just modify an existing picture (though (c) issues, blah blah)
