He's lame for making fun of other bands...I thought he was better than that. It's one thing to have preference, but to be so aggressive is so unnecessary

Apparently, Ed hates American Idol so we can include everyone from Kelly Clarkson to Carrie Underwood and any others.

  • Ed should love Madonna and Marky Mark and the funky bunch because they hate BUSH like he does.....

As for the Spin Doctors....I'm # 6 fan...they're not bad... I love that one song that goes

"Said if you want to call me baby
    Just go ahead now
And if you like to tell me maybe
    Just go ahead now
And if you wanted to buy me flowers
    Just go ahead now
And if you like to talk for hours
    Just go ahead now"

    :)

Two Princes . . . nice! I'll curse you later when I can't get it out of my head :)

If there is one thing that bothers me about Ed, it is his public bashing of other bands and some people in general. It's childish.
  • naw that was msg b/c I was there and I wasn't at hershey... I remember it vividly.

unless Ed is telling the same jokes repeatedly lol.

well I was at both, maybee I forgot, or maybee hes telling the same joke, I just dont remeber on the boot.

I know who does Ed think he is, its not like he's human. He has to hold himself to higher standards.

Spin Doctors aren't really all that bad. Just catchy pop stuff, but still decent. Aren't they touring or something now?

    Yup.
What the fuck is this world?
  • To the original poster - do you enjoy every band? That's just nonsensical.

Though I wish Ed would refrain from bashing other bands. Its really cheesy and beneath him.

Yes, about how he looked like a babybird who just crawled out of an egg or something like that.

I think I remember him referring to Jon Bon Jovi as a "Butt-Rocker" at one of the benefit shows from the '02.

Things that make you go hmm.

On a side note Nicole Ritchie comes to town sometimes with that loser whose name I dont even know.

Now we are talking gossip folks. Waiting for a Paris Hilton siting. I know eddie is a BIG fan of paris and Nicole.

He said the DMB leaves a smell at the Gorge. :p
  • Ok here is my one and only DMB story.
They went on TRL total request live on MTV about 7-8 years ago. It was one thing to go on MTV but this show in particular was a horrifying on air abortion daily. I dont even knwo what channel MTV is on direct tv now so I dont know if it still exiists.
Anyway they went on TRL to sell a few records to 10 year olds. I made my decision that day that although i had bought EVERY DMB record to that point and had seen them in person several times that was over. There has to be something you give up for doing TRL to sell a few records to 12 year olds who like Good Charlotte and Nelly.
Ive not played a record bought a record or seen them since.
I am quite happy about it too.
