    It's funny, I recently bought a box of Capt Crunch and then I saw this thread.

    I eat it out of the box. No wonder I'm 10 lbs overweight.

    I can't understand why I like it.

    I have one in the morning, maybe one one in the afternoon, but certainly one late at night before bed.

    It is good, AND vegans can eat it! When I was a kid I always liked the last bit in the box, all the crumbs and broken bits - when you had that in your bowl with the milk it was awesome.
