    His twitter account is also phenomenal. Literally play by play of sports, which brings me to my next point, his gambling and bob ucker stories on stern are incredible

    Also his monologue when he returned to host after getting fired is legendary.

    Saw him at helium. Was amazing. The declo proper guys opened for him. Hell of a night.

    Fucking FUCK! This is right up there with Chris Cornell for me. My favorite comedian of all-time. His stand-up, Weekend Update, Dirty Work, his late night appearances, the ESPYs, the correspondents dinner, his “roast” of Bob Saget, Norm Macdonald Live (my personal favorite) and so many other hilarious moments. 

    Do yourself a favor and go down the rabbit hole of the YouTube channel “I’m Not Norm”. Whoever runs it has built an absolutely massive bank of compilations from Norm’s career. 

    Also, read his book.

    Terribly sad news. One of the funniest human beings on the planet. I will greatly miss him.

    Such a talent. Both his short lived sports show on Comedy Central and his recent show on Netflix are both fantastic and worth seeking out. Not to mention his numerous appearances on both Letterman and Conan through the years. He was the last standup comic to appear on Letterman's CBS show for a reason. A beautiful clip:
