Hmmmm, does anyone else suffer from insomnia?

I'm dying over here....I haven't slept three hours straight in seven days. I'm on this medication called Rozerem and it isn't working. I have tried AmbienCR and Lunesta...Anyone else have trouble sleeping? :cry:

    Yep. I've never had what could be called normal sleep patterns :x :cry: When I was living in the UK last year, I got a prescription for Zopiclon. It worked really well. I think I'm going to try to get some here as well. Good luck.

    I've just viewed my sleep pattern as fucked up, but never insomnia. My body crashes when it needs to, its just that I'm used to being up until 3-4-5am or so.

    I should stop doing that though....its so slooooooooow here on the new board anyways, why am I still here at this hour????

    no sleep here. had a week of good sleep a bit ago. but now back to watching the sun rise.

    I have the hardest time sleeping but I think it's because I am always thinking. My mind never stops and it drives me crazy.

    yep same here... I'll be lying there thinking about shite and suddenly i'll realise that 2 hours have passed :shock: also, I'll be dropping off and ANY tiny noise will snap me awake again and then it will take at least another hour to drop off... it drives me mad that my bf can drop off to sleep STRAIGHT away... then he'll be moving and breathing heavily and talking and I end up focussing on that and not able to sleep... it's not too bad though cos I don't HAVE to get up in the morning... but I'd like to have a normal sleeping pattern... I've never had one of those though.

    I know some cant smoke do to piss tests, or other reasons. Anytime I have a problem....I pack up a bowl, and its lights out in a few minutes


    I still think its better for u than pills

    Now and then I find I can't sleep all night. It's horrible.

    I have totally cut out coffee after 1pm and I make sure I exercise enough to be tired. These two things help a bit.

    That doesn't do anything. that just helps if your randomly having trouble falling asleep. People with legit sleeping problems need alot more than that. I've came home many times high and it doesn't help at all.

    I have the same problem. My doctor wont give me or any of his patients Ambirnt or Lunesta because he said it changes your personality and people do weird stuff in their sleep. He gives me Temazepam. It works great! Ask your doctor about it.

    I'm going to ask my doctor about it. Ambien made me do some wild stuff...or so my husband said~ lol
