Congrats URtheKey. A miracle touchdown by the Cards and I would be in your spot. Oh well, it was a great game that had me on the edge of my seat till the end.

  • We should do this more often.

    Maybe for the Stanley Cup?

Or how about a random NBA basketball game?

If there's a Stanley Cup jam, SIGN ME UP BABY!!! 8-)
But if the Montreal Canadiens are in it, Sign Me out!!! lol
If my Boston Bruins are in it, it's gonna be a wild. ;)

I'd definitely love to do it more often.

For the Stanley Cup? I don't think so. It's just too low scoring. If you got a 9-9 box, or an 8-8, or 7-7, etc. you'd basically be screwed.

A random basketball game might work. Too bad Lakers-Celtics is so soon, otherwise that might have been a fun one to do it with.

I'm thinking perhaps the NCAA championship game in March. Anyone else down?

And URthekey...I'm still waiting for your answers please post them here or PM me a.s.a.p.!

WOW!!!! I won, I really can't believe it. I watched the 2nd half of the game and it was really exciting. I went to bed not realizing I had the winning combination of numbers, then about 3 a.m. I decided to check - and sure as shit mine was the winning score. (I was so pumped I couldn't get back to sleep!)

Thanks to everyone for playing and thanks to walkunafraid for putting this whole thing together!

Here are my choices for the prizes that I have more than one option in getting:

I will take the Manchester boot 4/6/00 b/c I already have IIC (great film by the way)
and I like the Quebec City poster, and the '08 boot I will choose is either Tampa or WPB which ever show they played 'Oceans'.

Thanks again, and I can't wait to get all these cool things!

Oops... I just realized jdwyer03 already is sending me the WPB boot. If that is the boot that has 'Oceans' then I'll take the Friday night Camden show, I think it was 6/20 w/the abandoned LBC .. is that cool?
  • this was actually really fun...you keep thinking "all i need is this team to do this and that team to do that and i win!" haha at one point i needed a safety from the cards followed by a TD and then a safety by the stealers...then the safety happened by the cards and i'm like "woah!" then they followed that with a TD and i'm like "HOLY SHIT! IF STEALERS GET A SAFETY I WIN!" but they got a TD instead giving the game to UR...

UR is one awesome person from what i know so far, so i was honored to have lost in that regard.
  • congrats urthekey!

I will send out the necessary e-mails to all the non-winners in the next few hours. :D

I did not receive an e-mail yet with UR's address. I was just wondering if this was sent out already.

  • By the way, if everyone could just announce when they actually DO send the package (not when they expect to), I would appreciate it.

Sometimes things come up that prevent you from getting to the mailbox, so it's easier if we just rely on past tense rather than future.
