Please share your thoughts :) I need some ideas ;) When I get stressed it goes right to my neck!! :D

    for me it's exercise (which I don't enjoy, but really helps) music (playing or listening) or sex.

    I try to count in a rhythm like 1 2 3 4 while breathing in, hold breath for 1 2 3 4, slowly exhale for the same 4 count. As I progress, I try to count slower and really concentrate on my breath. Visualize breathing in "good" air or see the air as a calm color when it goes in and then breathe out the "bad" or harsher colored air when exhaling.

    If that doesn't work, I can't say I "jerk off" being that I'm female. But indulging oneself or tickling the taco also has been known to work. :mrgreen:

    They all work really really well.....oh yea and I drink a tall beer or a big fat glass of red wine. :)
