I had a dream lastnight that I was a Ghostbuster.

it was awesome... until i died.

i dreamt that i was in large skyscrapper in manhattan, fighting the stay-puft the marshmallow man. he took a hefty swipe at the building, making it collapse, bringing my short career as a ghostbuster to an abrupt halt.

it was so weird, but felt so real. he was on fire because i kept zapping him with my proton pack, and at one point i was hiding under a window so he wouldn't see me, and i knew he was right outside the window because i FELT the heat coming off of him.

is it normal for a 26 year old to dream that they are a ghostbuster?

Last night I dreamt I was a giant Marshmallow Man. All I wanted to do was spread love across NYC... but some mean man kept shooting protons at me. I caught fire... and my marshmallow body and my love both melted away.

I have dreamt about being a ghostbuster a few times... I'm 24 and female :oops:

I dreamt once that I was in a river of slime and Egon grabbed me to rescue me but he couldn't hold on and I got dragged away to this other dimension where there were loads of ghosts but my proton pack was busted... Winston and Ray were ghosts too. I never saw Venkman.



That's nothing compared to last night's dream - I was working in a shop that Alan Rickman owned, Zac from High School Musical worked there, as did Fry from Futurama (yes, he was a cartoon) and Captain Caveman lived out the back with his harem of pornstars...

odd... very odd.

you cant help what you dream, so dont worry about it. but i know what you mean about it being so real and feeling the heat from him. every so often a dream comes along that just shakes the foundations a little because of how it real it feels. i love that, you think about it for days later because its like you actually experienced it. you can learn from it sometimes too. that's what i think dreams are for in a way. mock scenarios to have a run through to gain experience for life. i had this dream where i was sitting with my deceased granpa around a campfire, and you can tell me otherwise, but I was there. it was the realest dream I've ever had. he was right in front of me and we were talking.

No, to be honest I think it may have had something to do with the 2,000mg of Paracetamol and 600mg of Ibuprofen I'd taken to stop my fever last night :oops:

I had a dream, a few weeks ago, that me and some friends were camping out in the woods somewhere. It was night, and we lit a huge bonfire and all sat round singing songs (can't remember what). I look to my left, and there's Ed sitting cross legged next to me, and he busts out a Uke and starts to play along!

It was awesome, I remember speaking to him, but I can't remember what I said, or what the reply was. :( :?

I had a dream similar to that one night... only it wasn't Ed, it was Phil Anselmo... and we weren't in the woods, we were in my housemate's house before it was decorated... and we weren't singing we were... erm...

I don't very clearly remember my dreams last night, but I do remember that I was in a Macy's with a pornstar I'm partial to (so you're not alone sian... I knew the star in my dream too!). I also feel like at some point I was also in some oddly wealthy but decrepit suburb evacuating people. It was fun.

That said, I'm 27 and would love to have a Ghostbusters dream! There's nothing wrong with that... hell, I occasionally DAYDREAM about being a Ghostbuster or Indiana Jones still...

I remember once being really tired, just coming home at 2am from NYC heading to Nassau County on the L.I.E. I pull off about half way there... it's only about a 30 minute drive, but I was really tired. I park in an apartment complex, turn off the car, recline and fall asleep. I wake up... driving somewhere on the L.I.E. That is some scary stuff... waking up driving on the highway in the middle of the night. (sorry, no dream I remember)
