I think you need to sit down, and make a list of things you need to do, from most important to least. Then just do one thing at a time!

PJ tour would be better though :)
Take me for a ride before we leave...

maybe take a bonghit? I don't smoke weed anymore but that's a great stress reliever.
  • bong would help with the stress but would hurt with the getting things accomplished. that and i've already eaten everything in the house.

there is always one thing that helps but the wife isnt here.

to be honest amigo i don't think watching her do the ironing will really help.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I feel you, I've been a basket case trying to get my bar application together the last 2 days... it's overdue :(

This is the best advice :)

I'm under a lot of stress at the minute too as i'm moving house in two days and I was at the point where being at work felt like a waste of valuable packing time and just being asked what was wrong caused a flood of tears
I'm getting things done in a methodical fashion now and it seems to be working. Just try to keep calm, stay focused and worry about it once everything's done. :)
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

isn't life always like that? sailing along, and then bam! everything all at once! whether good stressors or bad stressors, apparently the mind and body react to both in the same way. :| those big life changes always are such stressors! definitely good advice, as suggestedjust try and be metholodical about the tasks at hand and even more importantly, realize the stress WILL end. it gets so overpowering at times, wreaks havoc in your system, both mentally and physically...and if you are unaware or don't try to counteract it, ou can easily become overcome by it, panic attackes, anxiety, etc. the worst feeling. so yea.....best of luck and just keep on keeping on!
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...

I am myself like you somehow
