Anyone know this actor?

He's a portly fellow, has a ridiculous southern accent and high pitched voice that ends sentences in a higher pitch as if he's always asking a question. He was in Disney type live action movies from probably the 60's and 70's and I'm pretty sure he was the voice for various animated characters. I'm dying to figure out his name. My boss reminds me of him.

    I figured it out! He was Mr. Haney from Green Acres. His name is Pat Buttram. He was also the voice of the Sherriff of Nottingham in the Disney Robin Hood movie. Now it's funnier.
