ooooooooooooo......well, not 'tangible items' but....my education, and all my travels...probably the best money ever spent!

as for the tangible 'stuff'....i too would have to go with my house. i love our little home, all we've done to make it ours and all we continue to do...probably will grow old here. recently, our new surround system and 52" HD TV....love, love, love it! huge movie buffs and our netflix subscription is well utilized each month, so well worth the investment. next, i guess igby! i never bought an animal before, always adopted...and our other dog and cat were adopted and love them to bits, but i really wanted a pug, so yea....bought one. love the little ig. money can't buy happiness, but it certainly makes life easier, and sure...helps afford many priceless experiences, and sure...some stuff is just awsome to enjoy.

I would have to say my house as well...my cd collection as a whole...uh...education I guess

Wait...forget the education...it has to be the surround sound system for the house....I couldn't live without it

    My mountain bike.
My cat. She didn't cost much, but she was a good buy. :)

you all make me sooo jealous. I bought my house in Florida in MArch 2006. The next month is when it all started tanking. Then a year later the taxes and insurance skyrocketed. I LOVE my house but it's down about 20% ($40,000)!!! I dont see it ever getting back to the price i paid in the time i want to stay here. phooey!

However, my band kinda came together at the house and we've evolved together and written a lot of music in the back room, which is perfect for rehearsal and recording. Some of the greatest memories i'll have. So it's a love/hate thing.

    1. My tickets (plane and concert) this past spring and summer.
    2. My college education (ongoing)
    3. I'm not sure. I don't own a lot. I rent, my car was a junker...I spend my money on traveling. Good times and happiness.

We have a fridge with through the door filtered water and ice maker and the damn ice maker stopped working!...how I miss it so. I just need some time to empty and defrost the line (most likely it froze)

    3 best purchases, eh?

    1) Plane ticket back in 1997 to visit my then girlfriend who was working in San Francisco ... 7 years later, I moved here, met the love of my life out here, and I love it out here.

    2) This poster ...

    BuffaloTomcrop06-13-97.jpg

Bought it off ebay for $5 about 6 years ago (Buffalo Tom being my favorite band) ... and it has fueled my passion for rock art, something I really enjoy.

    3) My coffee maker ... I know, it sounds silly, but ... before I had a coffee maker which grinds and brews, I was drinking crap coffee ... it really has made my Sunday mornings so enjoyable. Seriously.
