    You're not doing it right then! There's a fine line between too long and not long enough. I find 45 mins to an hour is perfect for me....provided I'm tired enough to fall asleep within 5-10 mins or so. If my nap gets to say two hours long or more, I feel like SHIT when I wake up....far too long for a general/normal nap. I usually wake up so re-energised.

    Doesn't seem like I'll need a nap today. Got a good night's sleep. Reading for class helped me fall asleep earlier. :D

    I will be taking a much needed nap today. Pretty pumped. That's the kind of week it's been-where one of the most exciting parts of it is the upcoming nap I'm about to take.
