Please!

After trying to sell or rent 'our' home since August the soon to be ex and I finally have a couple who are interested in renting. They are taking a walk through again on Saturday and we'll find out by the evening if they are ready to move forward with it!! The agent told us they would like immediate occupancy... So that means this may be a super busy week clearing out all the furniture and stuff that was left behind after the 2 of us skedaddled! Well worth it in order to get this huge mortgage payment outta our hands!

I prefer to sell it being as the soon to be ex told me I could keep any profits... That and the agent suggests we don't leave anything in the house.
**thanks everyone! I hope I'll have good news come evening :)

man, I feel for ya. we finally got my parents' ranch sold last spring! It was bad because they had already decided to get a separation while the house was in escrow, but then the buyers backed out. and the house sat on the market for almost 3 years. by the end they were barely speaking to each other!
so yeah, good luck to you! fingers crossed!
