    I'm 20, my closest friend from high school (and middle school for that matter) got rear view mirror when we were sophomores in high school and he got me into them very quickly. We went to the Philly 05 show and I have been to 10 more since. When i got to college, i pledged a frat and one of the kids I pledged with was shockingly as into pearl jam as I am. He has been my roommate and closest friend up here since. Everyone thinks we are freaks because we have our wall covered in posters and a shrine in the corner of our room. We also get boozed to Pearl Jam power hours quite frequently. The rest of the 40 or so kids that I live with have slowly warmed up to PJ because of us, though most of them never listened to them at all before.

    Nice! Us 24 year olds are invited to the "young" party too, haha. Been into them since probably the mid-90's, but didn't become a diehard fan until I was about 16.

    Jees, i feel really young then. I turned 18 a week ago, have known of Pearl Jam most of my life (but only their hits), and within the last year have become a huge fan.

    I guess I am considered an "old" fan since I am "30 something" and have been a fan since 1992 but it is really awesome to see people in their teens and twenties who love Pearl Jam too! You ROCK! :D

    21 here, been a fan since I was 15, saw my first show the day after I turned 16. It was all "down hill" from there. 14 more shows after the first ,and I think I am up to 1300 songs on my computer. All of my friends know and respect Pearl Jam. I have 1 friend whose as hardcore as I am and we hit two PJ shows and an EV show together over the summer.

    I am 21 and only have 1 other friend that is a fan. I'm the only person I know personally who is die-hard as I am. There needs to be more of us. Or like Pearl Jam AA. That would be helpful.

    Just like Ishmael I too can not find that damn Whale. It will happen eventually. I just keep crossing my fingers. Thanks for asking though!

    I'm 21 and a college senior.. been a fan since I was 14.
    I've tracked down quite a few fans my age around the college I go to..but I guess you could say that none of them are quite as rabid about the band as I am (with the traveling and touring and all) but they're jealous. :)

    High School senior...18...been a fan since 03 after i sa the MSG 03 DVD (story is in my profile) so i was a fan since 13

    I'm 19 and a freshman in college too. I've been posting on the message pit it since I was 14. There's definitely a lot more Pearl Jam fans my age now than there were in the beginning of high school, but it's still pretty rare and exciting to meet others. So far I've made it to 11 Pearl Jam shows and 4 Eddie Vedder shows. Not too bad for getting a later start :P

    21 Years old and a college junior from the Pittsburgh currently spending a year in Europe. For some reason a great deal of my friends from High School were all big PJ fans, coincidence? I think not. It's a rough life. :D

    I also don't belong on the list, but it is inspiring seeing young fans. Most recently I had a few drinks with a couple of guys around 21-22 just before MSG1 this year. Besides impressing me with their knowledge of the band, their excitement surrounding their first live PJ show was intoxicating and really got me excited as well.
