PJ as poems

So I'm in this contemporary poetry class and the professor wants us to bring in examples of poems from rock songs. Which PJ song do you think stands best as a poem (spoken word, without music)?
2006- Boston I
2008- Boston I+II
2009- Toronto, Philly III+IV
2010- Bristow, Hartford, Boston, Newark

    Cropduster

    Might not be everybody's favorite Pearl Jam songs, but they are certainly among the most poetic. The first verse of Cropduster sounds like it could have been written by John Keats.

    W.M.A works well as a poem, too.

    Black for sure..... I read a post by a teacher in another thread and he said he used it to teach poetry to his high school or middle school students.

    it's not a title of one of their songs, but the following line from Tremor Christ ...

    "believe in lies... to get by..."

    as for song titles... "all those yesterdays"


    and "parting ways"
