I'm from Vancouver Island but now reside in Edmonton. I moved here after the last Canadian tour, so I'm hoping they might do it again, catch some more Canadian shows (Otherwise I suppose Missoula would be the closest stop on a typical tour).

Favorite album is a tie between Yield and Vitalogy.

    Hello fellow Canadians

I went to Seattle during Christmas and the US border guard told me that by March 2009 Canadians would require a passport to enter the US by car - the old 2 pieces of ID will no longer be accepted. So, IF there are any shows in the US this year that you are planning to attend, and if you don't have a passport, you may want to look into getting one.

    It's been changed to June 1 :)

  • I am not Canadian but I have a friend whom I met in Vancouver . He is also from Winnipeg. He has traveled her to Philly and we have gone to a few different places here in the States to see PJ. I would love nothing more tham to pack up and move to Canada. We are hoping for a Canadian tour so I can see more of Canada.
I surfaced and all around me was enlightened

    Vancouver Island checking in...

I hope that PJ will return to Victoria in 2010, the scene of their first show as Pearl Jam outside of the US....

    Fave album: Hmmm...Ten/Riot Act

Fave song: Evenflow, Can't Keep, You Are, DTE, Garden....so many...

Will travel to see PJ...Canada is just so hard to follow a tour...US, much easier...Well west coast anyway... :D

I used to live in Victoria. I think the arena might be to small.. sold out, it only sells 6000-7000 tickets. I think the smallest arena I ever saw PJ in was in Boise which was just over 10,000. I always thought it'd be cool if they played there. If they did i'd so fly back home for that. I just got the feeling the Arena is too small and when they look on a map it doesn't look that far from Victoria.

Then again I thought living in victoria was awesome because I lived so closed to Vancouver and Seattle. I used to go to both those cities and the travel times were very decent.. including ferry, maybe 3.5 hours to vancouver.. 5 to seattle.. not that shabby :)

Moved back to my home and native land (aamjiwnaang first nation-google for interesting reading on the impact of chemicals on our environment) in 2007 after a brief stint in California.

I'm back on the rez just outside of Sarnia, Ontario. My dream is for Pearl Jam to play http://www.sarniabayfest.com
The Foo Fighters, Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, Kid Rock and others have played in the past....a rezgirl can dream.

Email the 10c with all your info. They have fixed others with that problem. :)
