*Just on an R.E.M. kick tonight and found these lyrics to be more beautifully personal than I ever thought.
It was like the first listening...

Some of my favorite R.E.M. lyrics. It never ceases to amaze me how Stipe's words can mean so little and so much all at once to me!
Stipe is a being that graces us with his presents....

Absolutely. I can't imagine another band coming along that matches REM's output/quality through the mid-90's.
