Seattle -- Roommate Needed

Okay just putting this out there again. I need a roommate! I live in West Seattle -- Alki Beach. I rent a 2 bedroom town house that faces the Puget Sound. I'm 31, very laid back. I have awesome neighbors who I hang out with a lot and we def know how to party but keep it respectful. I have a little hypoallergenic dog and a small bird.... Just need someone cool to take over the empty 2nd room. Any takers? :P

Oh yea and rent is $700 a month. I've included utilities with that just to make it easier.
