My name was letters and numbers but I emailed them and they sorted it out. However, I was unable to post still. Looks like I can now, so they've obviously done something for us!

Who do I e-mail for the change? I'm able to log in with my old board name but can't post with that name.

i'm sure everyone already realized that this LL###### thing answer one of the oldest questions on this ( or that) board: how many active members that are on ten club. Just put the Join date, the "odd" numbers and the membership numbers together and you'll see.

    I.e: pa199083, joined 08/2005, membership number 355XXX.

So, i suppose, there were 199082 active members when i joined......

BTW, i was Keyser on the other board, have sync'ed my e-mails, but, nothing 'til now.....

I just got my name back thanks to the e-mail I sent to 10C. Its funny when I was a # it says I joined the forum in Feb. of 2000 and now that I'm me again, I joined in 2006. This is my first post on here as URthekey so I wonder if I'll retain my post count?

I just e-mailed the 10c for my old name. Looks like you got your post count back, unless you went on a 300 something posting terror, haha.

someone said that the #'s are what the 10C was at when you joined. So mine would be SB(my initials) and then 10C member 153569 but I honeslty don't know.

so the letters are your initials? seems a bit personal (not too much but seeing how some people react about their 10C # being shown). I hope you all are able to get it sorted out :) thanks for the reply.

Letters seem to be the user's initials. Numbers seem to be in order of 10C membership (i.e. a lower number means the user joined the 10C earlier; it has nothing to do with your personal 10C number, though)

Just click on peoples' names in this thread and you'll see that this is the case.

Also, the join date is a different stat depending on what name you're using. I had my accounts merged today (thanks 10C) and under my RD87027 username my join date was March '01, the year I signed up for 10C. On AndySlash, it's October 2003, the day I signed up on the Pit. So, if you have an Initial/# combo, your join date is the month and year you first signed on for the 10C. For "regular" usernames, it's what your Pit signup date was.

    Hopefully this is clear.
