Board Legend?

I am trying to figure out what the different color PJ icons mean. I think I figured some of them out.

sticky_read.gif - Red sticky

topic_unread.gif - Green Unread posts

topic_read_hot.gif - Brown?? What does hot mean?

topic_read.gif - Blue No unread posts

    hmmm....Brown maybe related to how many replies, since all the brown have more than 20ish, I think. I'm just guessing.

    Could it be threads you've posted in? It seems the ones that are brown to me I have posted in. :)

    I originally thought the brown ones were threads that were transferred from the old board...but I think that is wrong...


    Maybe it has something to do with post count...?

    I think it's x number of posts in y period of time.

    yah this seems right... i assume a "hot thread" is a popular one so either one with a lot of posts in general or a lot of posts recently

    i like the blue and green ones as a way to keep an eye on the threads im following... plus we've got the "view your posts" link and the "view new posts" links now... i think we finally have everything here that was at the old board... plus more... other than the people that is...

    I just looked closely at the URL that the icons are coming from, and one of the folders is called "DirtyBoard2.0."

    the brown one is topics with a lot of either post or views (it was the red envelope on the old board..which I only now realise was based on views not on posts).
    There's also a grey/white one for locked topics topic_read_locked.gif

    I'm really missing some sign of the ones one posted into.

    on another note, I noticed something very strange:
    there's a whole bunch of stickies that show if you view the board as a guest or non-member, but don't as a member.
