    webaddressofpicture is the "code"

    when you are entering the post... there is a bunch of buttons above the box where you enter your post
    actually... looks like you've found the Font colour button?
    so if you go to the left of that... there is an Img button

    if you put the web address of a picture between the img's... then the pic will appear

    also when you quote a post with a pic... you can see in the quoted section how it works
