Computer help! Japan is kicking my comp's ass!

So im here in japan and i just ordered a new computer from dell. i had to have it sent to my home first before i could have it sent to the boat. (im in the navy) and i guess dell doesnt ship to FPO's. anyway, i dont know how i did it, but a lot of sites, including google and facebook, come up in japanese instead of english. also, some sites wont work, some sorta message that says sorry, this site doesnt work out of the US, or something along thos lines. im not too computer knowledgeable and after a little while i gave up trying to correct it. any suggestions?
In July 2007 Densmore said that he would not rejoin The Doors unless it was fronted by Eddie Vedder. Densmore says, "I play with Jim. If there's someone of that level, OK. I'm not gonna join them with Ian. That's not to diss Ian, he's a good singer - but he's no Jim Morrison. Eddie Vedder? My God, there's a singer."
