Trying to Delete a File...

I'm trying to delete a file on my desktop and an error message keeps coming up:

Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk

Any ideas how to get rid of this file?

Update: DL a program called "Unlocker" and now they're gone :)

    killbox also works, its what i use to delete stuff from my temp folders that wont go away.
