goods section problem

I can't enter the 'goods' section of the website. The FAQ section says I need cookie turned on, which I have and my web browser says there is a problem with the website. Anyone else been experiencing this over the last weeks?
we're all going to the same place...

    If I remember correctly there's a couple month grace period for keeping your number.
