I need to atelast get a real reply from them and I have no idea what to do now. It was simply 10 questions regarding the 10C staff, history, location, etc. None of these questions were personal or inappropriate. BTW, i sent the email to info@tenclub.net.

    are you serious?
thats them politely telling you 'we are not answering any of those questions'
and theyre right not to..thats where Pj rehease (or used to..dunno if they still do but i think so) and thats where those people work.
In the worlds current environment? and considering this bands history with stalkers etc? you arent gonna get those answers nor should you.

That's not an email from 10C, it's from the email provider... Something must be wrong with the address as cutback rightly pointed out above.

Did you use webmail? (through your browser)
If so, yahoo may have appended some message content/ad to the bottom of the email that did not appear acceptable. There is nothing "broken", simply something in the original email was not standard.

    "550 5.7.1 Message
    content rejected"

Oh god...Im lost. I just got a reply back from yahoo. It says its from "Ten Club" and the subject is "TEST" The message it self simply reads "Test Content" absolutely nothing else. So random and weird. I give up, I think im just going to "wing" this stupid paper.

That was a test to your email address from the Tenclub domain, not Yahoo. Since you received it the issue lies with the content packaged in your yahoo email content. There are filters in place for advertised or some appended materials attached to email because some high-output spammers are using the same methods.

If you do a google search there are a couple interviews out there with Tim, the manager of Tenclub. There is one at twofeetthick.com as well. He talks about the Tenclub so it might be helpful for you. I doubt they would be willing to talk too much about the staff or what goes on behind the scenes. I'm sure your intentions are good but since there are some rather "crazy" people out there who might be a security risk, they probably have a blanket policy just to keep things private as much as they can.
