Have a poster and concert question

A buddy of my brother and I is an older guy (55) and loves Pearl Jam as much as we do. Recently he was in his basement and found a poster from 1993 in Houston that advertises a concert with Pearl Jam and Mettalica at the Astro Arena. It says tickets are available through Ticketmaster and has a picture of both bands. I was curious if this was an actual poster that was sold at that point and if it is worth anything. Don't worry. I am not gonna sell it I am just curious. Thanks to anyone who replies!!
