Going online with Xbox 360...

My son saved up his pocket money to buy a wireless adapter for his 360, but for the life of us we can't work out how to get it online.. it keeps saying it failed the IP gateway test :confused:

Any one help? or tell us where to get help from?

Btw I'm in the UK, if thats relevant?

    Try and reset the modem. To do that you unplug the modem, wait around 20 seconds and plug it back in. Make sure it's connected to the XBox when you do this.

    This worked for my original X Box. I can't fathom it would be much different with the 360.
    I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    You can phone Microsoft for help they will guide you through it and there is an FAQ on xbox.com that is helpful.
