rapidshare question

Hi there!

Since I couldn't find any link for an email-contact on the rapidshare-site, I'll try to get my problem solved here.

I used rapidshare for several months as a premium user. With 1000 points you can renew your account for one month for free - that was the case before my premium account ran out yesterday. Now I can't use these 1000 points to renew it unless I would pay for a new premium-extension...

...what's this? Any help?
