I need help with the PC game, GTR:2

This question is for anyone who is familiar with the PC racing game, GTR:2. To begin, what a great game GTR:2 is. However, my problem is that some how, the language has changed from English to French. I do not have a clue on how this happened. To make things even more interesting, some of the words are in English, while others are in French. Weird, isn't it??? Is there any way other than re-installing the game to remedy the problem?
