Weird internet problem

This just happened yesterday, and just now today. So I can get on the internet, do stuff, visit wherever. So Im on the pit here and it works fine, I left my other tabs open on other sites, but Im not using them (Im using firefox). So now Im conected to the internet, BUT, when I go to refresh one of those tabs, or click on a link, I get that damn message, saying it cant find the server. But im still on the pit, and its loading pages fine. I REALLY pissed about this, I really hope somebody knows what im talking about, it doesnt even make sense to me.
Pirates had democracy too.

    This is SOOOOO STUPID! I cant look at any pages except the pit and pearljam.com I dont even know why thats the only other one! Im afraid to disconnect though, then I wont even be able to get on here.
