Converting MP4 to Mp3 on MAC OS

Does anyone know how to do it ???? I have MP4 clips (video) but i want to have them as mp3 or playing in my audio list on my ipod so i dont have to go into vidoes.

    If you have Quicktime Pro- you can export as an mp3- thats the best thought- maybe there is one better.

    i don't know. But you can have your videos into iTunes.
