PAL to NTSC

Does anyone know a way to convert PAL into NTSC? It is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can only watch about half the things I burn.

    The conversion doesn't always work out so well, and there are actual devices that can do this on the fly, but I'm not sure how well they work. In any case check out this link here.

    you can do it with TMPG ENC, Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas. You'll just need to convert it. You can do it with Canopus Procoder, too.
