Flac 24 = video?

I heard that flac24 is actually video. Can anyone confirm this? If this is true, anyone know how to play or burn it to a dvd? I have d/l several of these shows & I haven't started messing w/ the files yet. I wanted to do a little research first, but I can't find anything about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Though I haven't personally used the flac24 file types, I do see according to this site here, that they are actually 24bit flac audio files. And as you can see on that site, flac16 would be 16 bit flac files.
