Flac Or Mp3 2 Second Delay?

Does anybody know how to get rid of or shorten the 2 second delay on the bootleg FLAC or MP3 files? Also, with respect towards the album artwork, how come when I try to copy and paste the artwork to Neato's standard jewel case software none of the lettering transfers, only the background artwork. Thanks PJ fans.

    Make sure you burn the CDs on Disc-At-Once mode (NOT track-at-once)
