I have had alot of trouble myself. You need a program that will handle the files as they are downloaded. Roxio has worked well for me to play them, but i can't get them to burn right using Roxio. I am at work now but when i get home i can look up the other program i used. I hope that helps.

You ain't-never seen no one like me
Prevail-regardless what the cost might be
Power-flows inside of me, you can't bring me
Never-fall as long as I try
Refuse-to be a part of your lie
Even-if it means I die, you can't bring me
    You...can't...bring...me...down!

what are the file extentions on the movies you downloaded.
I have faced it, A life wasted...

Take my hand, my child of love
    Come step inside my tears
    Swim the magic ocean,
I've been crying all these years
