i just started trying to use megaupload to get bootlegs of pearl jam and such. once i download it, it says it doesnt have a certain program to open it with. i would pick itunes or media player, and those wont even work. what can i use to open the files with?

ok, i got the winrar thing, but im still lost. i keep trying to download the bottlegs from the army reserve.com, but i dont know how to extract them and whatnot. can anyone please give me some steps to follow or something?
