not receiving items

I ordered several items on 2 different occasions at the beginning of the month. I have received the later item but not the first. Does it mormally take several weeks? Also, I emailed support but got no response. Thanks.

    What did you order?

    Some items probably take longer to arrive than others I'm guessing. This is the email address you need to use for queries:
