Vuze Help for a clueless newbie

I'm not a techie at all and have not used torrents
Got the brilliant idea to download vuze and didn't think it was working properly
but it appears a flac of an ed solo show i had on my computer has now become a torrent
Is there anyway to bring it back to a flac file? or can someone walk me through how i can still access as a music file now that i've removed vuze?

Is there anyway to have vuze ask for permission before allowing others to download from yr computer (yeah i know this is probably counter to PTP, but I'm not comfortable with someone having the ability to mess with my files..)

Any help/guidance is appreciated.

    wow its late and im really not sure what your asking lol. i think you want to stop seeding a torrent? by that i mean remove it from your torrent program so others cant d/l from you?

    simple, just right click/remove.
